Pomodoro Technique

We have all tried heading to the library for a marathon study session before an exam only to find that we spent a good bit of that time unfocused and distracted. The Pomodoro technique is a great tool to help you focus better when studying. Next time you need to study, try out the Pomodoro technique which is a structured series of shorter periods of focus that builds in time for your brain to take a break.
